A brand new charity with an incredible forward trajectory, Noa's Place needed immediate support. Just eight months after registering as a charity, they already had staff and volunteers running sensory SEND sessions and required essential training materials fast.
The brief
Commissioned by Josh Barnes, our task was to rapidly produce staff onboarding and training content. Volunteers urgently needed key safeguarding instructions and clear protocols for supporting the SEND children, adults, and family members attending their sensory events.
The challenge
The charity was growing at an exceptional rate, moving from an idea to a fully staffed and operational organisation in just one year. This rapid expansion meant that essential safety, hygiene, and policy training had to be created and distributed immediately without sacrificing production quality or clarity.
What we produced
With an emphasis on both speed and quality, we filmed the entire training package at the Noa's Place offices in Dean Clough, Halifax, in a single day. The comprehensive video content covered basic safety and hygiene, charity policy and standards, introductions to the management and trustees, and guidance on promoting the charity's vision.
The result
We delivered the complete project in just one week, providing an excellent turnaround time for such an important initiative. The videos were immediately integrated into their onboarding system, where each new volunteer and staff member is sent the content to review and confirm they have watched it, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for everyone.
