Legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms cover use of version3.media and summarise how we work with clients. Individual projects may also be governed by a separate written agreement.
1. About these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version.
2. Who we are
VERSION3.MEDIA LTD (trading as Version3Media) provides training video production and related live training solutions. Our registered office and company number are listed above.
3. Using this website
You may browse this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the site in a way that damages or interrupts our services or those of others.
Content on this website is for general information. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice. We take care to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that content is complete or up to date.
4. Our services
Descriptions of services on this website are summaries only. Scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and usage rights for a project are confirmed in a quote, proposal, or contract. Until that written confirmation is agreed, nothing on this website forms a binding offer to provide services.
5. Quotes, bookings, and contracts
Quotes are valid for the period stated, or 30 days if no period is stated, unless we withdraw them earlier. A project typically begins once you accept our quote or agreement in writing (including email) and any stated deposit or kickoff conditions are met.
If a separate contract applies, that contract takes priority over these website terms for that project.
6. Client responsibilities
Where you engage us for services, you agree to:
- provide accurate briefs, brand assets, scripts, and feedback in a timely way;
- ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply to us;
- make suitable people and locations available when filming or live sessions are required;
- review drafts within agreed turnaround times so delivery dates remain achievable.
Delays in client input may extend timelines and, where agreed in the project terms, may affect fees.
7. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules, and expenses are set out in the relevant quote or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. We may pause work if invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms.
8. Intellectual property
Website design, text, graphics, video, and other content on version3.media are owned by VERSION3.MEDIA LTD or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit site content without our prior written consent, except for fair dealing or other uses permitted by law.
Ownership and licence terms for project deliverables (for example training videos) are defined in the applicable project agreement. Until fees are paid in full, we may retain ownership or restrict usage rights as set out in that agreement.
9. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from use of this website. Our total liability arising from website use is limited to £100.
Project liability limits are those stated in the relevant service agreement.
11. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data and cookies is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
